Office staff are friendly. I see Katrina and she listens to any concerns and we come up with a plan. She explains everything well and makes sure I understand my treatment and products she’s prescribing and how to best use them. I’ve been going to her for quite some time and she makes the visits personable and is always friendly and helpful. She’s very knowledgeable and I trust her treatment plan for me.

I went there for a consultation that they charged me $75 for. The consultation lasted literally maybe 15 minutes. That's $75 *poof* gone for basically being told how the procedure will go. That was it. Wasn't anything in-depth or anything worth $75. Then, after meeting the doctor that would do my procedure, (and I want to insert here that I felt like cattle being pushed through the chutes here on a conveyor belt of clients and potential clients), I had to really speak up to ask questions because his pitch appeared so rehearsed, he wasn't making me feel heard or listened to or try to make sure I was comfortable. It was very much a system of get 'em in, this is how it goes, then cost, then decision and get it scheduled. So, after listening to him and making it clear that I wasn't ready to proceed after hearing his pitch, and that I wanted to shop around some more, I'm telling you, that doctor (or technician) couldn't get out of the room fast enough. I mean he said, "all right" and bolted! No time for me, now. So, I ended up going down the road to Results Lounge for the same procedure, and they did make me feel welcome, and they did get my business. Anytime Dr. Randall's or dermatology comes up in conversation, I'll be sure to share my experience at his office with them. Save them a trip!

Have not even seen them yet. Called to make an appointment for my 9yo daughter who grew a mole and is very concerning. When I talked to the lady while making the appointment. I tried to explain we had a referral and wanted an appointment sooner that february. She was very dismissive, "That's not how referrals work we are booked until then" something along those lines. When I asked if I could be on a cancellation lists, she said everyone gets atomatically added to that and I might get a call later. She scheduled us months from now and overall just felt very off, dismissive, annoyed even. I didn't really get to talk much, and felt like I was being talked down to.

I am still in search of a cosmetic solution for sun damage but have been hesitant to return to see Dr. Randall again. Their prices are very high and I had explained in detail that I was interested in putting my money towards corrective procedures, not expensive creams and “preventatives”. I did not feel that Dr. Randall was a good listener and quite frankly I found him to be a bit smug. He shrugs at your concerns and does not truly engage in a way that inspires confidence in his approach to your treatment. I wasn’t able to escape without spending more than a hundred on sunscreens that I could have purchased online for a fraction of the cost, same ingredients. Wait times are very long but the staff was friendly.

Wait times used to be manageable or very quick, but for the past 3 months I have consistently arrived 5-10 minutes early only to wait 45+ minutes after my appointment time to even be sat in an exam room. And then I wait another 15+ minutes to be seen by a nurse, and then the doctor many minutes later. It feels like a disrespect of patients' time, and has made me not want to come back to this office. The front desk staff and the staff I see after being sat in an exam room are not apologetic in the slightest towards these wait times. Other than this, the services are fine and up to par with other dermatologists I have seen. Just very frustrating as many people are busy and have tight schedules, including myself. Wish they'd book appointments more in accordance with how long they take instead of overbooking and making people waste nearly an hour or more of their time.
